Privacy, in plain words.

This site is run by one person: Stephanie Young Walker. I want to earn your trust before we ever step on a court together, so here is exactly what I do with your info.

What I collect

When you fill out the booking form, I collect your name, email, phone (optional), role, a few details about your player or event, what you want to work on, and the time windows you pick. That's it.

Minors

If the player is under 18, I communicate with a parent or guardian only. I do not collect email or phone from anyone under 13. If a parent realizes their child submitted the form, email me and I'll delete the record.

What I do with it

I read your request, reply to it, and keep a record so I know our history. Venmo handles payment; that's its own app with its own terms. I don't sell, share, or send your info to any third party. I don't run ad pixels, Meta tags, or Google tags.

Analytics

I use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-respecting and does not set cookies or track you across the internet. It tells me which pages people visit and roughly where they're coming from.

How to remove your info

Email me and ask. I'll delete your record and reply to confirm. The contact address is in every booking reply I send; if you haven't booked yet, reach me through the booking form.
